Spring into Summer!

Hello organic friends! Who else is loving the warmer spring days and nights!? I sure am! What better time to start working on our summer body health than right now? Here are a couple of things you can begin doing to help kick start your summer health!

  1. Drink water! As always, this is my number 1 tip! It will help you flush the toxins out and get your bowels moving.
     
  2. Start an exercise regime now... you will thank yourself in 2 months time when you want to be showing off those legs and even get into a bikini.
     
  3. Dry body brush! Buy a body brush and give it a go. Before a shower, brush your skin in an upward motion, starting at the feet. This helps to get your lymphatic system moving and working (essential for detoxing) and will also brush away those reptile scales you’ve been hiding all winter!
     
  4. When you wake up, drink 1 glass of water and 1 large glass of detoxing juice. It’ll get things moving and flood your body with some delicious nourishment!

Detox Juice:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • ½ lemon
  • 2 leaves of kale
  • ½ beetroot
  • ½ green apple (optional)
