Can I get an amen for juicing! When my body is craving a little green detox, this is my go-to juice. Green juice is a convenient and quick way to get an energising hit of phytonutrients – all those good-for-you vitamins, minerals, chlorophyll and antioxidants. It’s delicious, gentle, & rejuvenating! You can mix it up a little bit if you like, I'd love to hear your favourite go-to juice recipes. 

Ingredients

  • 2 Lebanese Cucumbers
  • 3 Stalks of Celery
  • Handful of Mint
  • 1 Green Apple
  • ½ Lemon
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 piece of turmeric

Directions

  1. Wash & Prep all the ingredients & place in juicer.
  2. DRINK UP
