More me time, more play time, more family time. But we can’t control the clock, so what is one strategy that you can apply to have more time in your week?

So in the thick of your week, when you’re searching for more time or dreaming of a holiday, stop and reflect on where the time is going in that moment, ask one of these questions and recalibrate. Reduce time spent on things that have little or no worth to you and increase the time spent on things which do matter.
